What Does a Coach Do?
- Believes the clients already know the answers to all their questions and challenges, even when the answers are hidden.
- Listens carefully to what the clients say, as well as to what they don’t say
- Asks powerful, thought-provoking questions to create new awareness for the clients and to help them use that awareness to design action plans that fit their specific goals.
